Realsys-NEO offers custom-designed motherboards for server DIMM testing.

Our customers are testing their DIMMs in an automated environment using a motherboard designed by Rivus NEO.

DDR4 RDIMM test equipment is in continuous production, and DDR5 motherboards are being designed at the R&D center. 

Customers can use the new DDR5 motherboard in their existing automation systems, and with Realsys-NEO's patented air control system, our customers can test DIMMs at target temperatures in open Spaces.

The DIMM module tester can be supplied with Realsys-NEO's automation system to provide a fully automated HVM test solution.

Applicable object: DDR5RDIMM, DDR4 RDIMM, LDIMM, or LRDIMM

Memory speed: 3600, 2933, 2666, 2400

Each mainboard supports 12 to 24 DIMMs
